| "IT'S ALL WASHED UP" - When a partially decomposed body washes up in the Venice canals, Raines (Goldblum) is faced with the difficulty of piecing his victim's identity together. With help from his team, Raines identifies the victim and discovers that he is somehow connected to Los Angeles City Councilman Aurelio Sanchez (A Martinez). Meanwhile, Captain Lewis (Matt Craven) notices that Raines is acting odd and requires him to see Dr. Kohl (Stowe), a psychiatrist. | ||
