Madeleine Stowe and daughter May attended the Artists For Peace And Justice Academy Garden Lunch held at a private residence in Toronto today. The event was hosted by director Paul Haggis and exec Michael Cooper.
Guests and supporters, including Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt, enjoyed a backyard lunch and private performances by Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam, Régine Chassagne of Arcade Fire and DJ Tony Okungbowa.
With a $1250 ticket entrance, guests had the opportunity to bid on a trip to the APJ site in Haiti as well as tickets to the Hollywood Awards, dinner with Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed, a meet-and-greet with Justin Bieber and an exclusive red carpet experience at the L.A. premiere of Ides of March. More than $159,000 was raised from the auction hosted by Paul Haggis himself.
Madeleine is currently shooting first episodes of her new show Revenge. The Drama series will premiere Wednesday, September 21st at 10/9c on ABC.
